How To Activate Your Debit Card

  1. Call the IVR at (800) 992-3808.
  2. Follow the voice prompts to enter the required information with your phone keypad.
  • Full card number
  • CVV
  • Last four of your social security number
  • Expiration date of the card.
  1. Set your PIN. Your new PIN may need to entered twice for confirmation.

NOTE:  You must activate the card from the phone attached to your debit card in our files.  For most, this should be your cell phone or home phone.  If you are having issues, contact your nearest Premier Bank location during business hours.

How To Report a Lost or Stolen Debit Card

During business hours, immediately call your nearest Premier Bank location.

After hours, call (800) 472-3272.  Then notify your nearest Premier Bank location the next business day.

How To Report Fraudulent Activity on Debit Card

For debit cards with fraudulent activity, contact our Fraud Department at (605) 934-2500 to receive assistance or contact (844) 202-5070 after regular business hours.

Keeping your account safe and secure is our highest priority.  We have implemented a fraud management solution with our provider to help protect your card against fraudulent activity.  For this program, you may receive an email, a text message, and/or a voice recording about possible fraud on your card.  If you receive one of these fraud alerts, you may confirm or deny the activity.  If you are unsure if the message is a scam or legit, please contact our Fraud Department at (605) 934-2500 to receive assistance or contact (844) 202-5070 after regular business hours.

During business hours, call your nearest Premier Bank location to get a new debit card.
